Qualifications

BA LLB (Macquarie University)

Daniel has extensive experience appearing as an advocate in the Local and District Courts in hearings, bail applications, sentencing and interlocutory matters. He has previously acted for defendants in serious assaults, fraud, drug offences and sexual assaults.  Daniel also has experience in matters before commissions of inquiry and the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC).

Daniel has appeared before the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) in relation to Guardianship Applications and Home Building matters and also appears in the Supreme Court in Family Provision matters

Prior to being called to the Bar, Daniel was an Associate solicitor with a small firm where he practised in criminal law, general commercial law, equity and contested estate matters including Family Provision claims.
