Mr Carrigan accepts all briefs, with a particular focus on personal injury and property damage, as well as contractual indemnity disputes under policies of insurance.
Mr Carrigan acted for domestic and international insurers for a decade, specialising in public liability, motor accidents, work injury damages, professional indemnity, product liability, property damage, subrogated recoveries, and insurance coverage disputes.
Mr Carrigan also acted for the Government in liability and abuse matters.
Mr Carrigan has extensive experience as an advocate and a litigator, having been involved in many proceedings, inquests, and alternative dispute resolution processes across a broad range of jurisdictions.
