Jason has extensive experience in criminal law, having worked as a Prosecutor for the NSW Director of Public Prosecutions and as a defence Solicitor before being called to the Bar. He has regularly appeared in bail applications in all NSW jurisdictions, District Court and Local Court sentences, mental health applications, District Court appeals and Local Court summary hearings.
Jason also has diverse legal experience from his years of work in private practice, having worked in Family Law (children, property and Hague Convention International Child Abduction proceedings), Wills and Estates and civil proceedings.
Jason accepts briefs in all areas of law and is available to appear in regional and metropolitan Courts.
