Representation of professionals in disciplinary proceedings, at tribunal and Supreme Court level.
Significant experience in the representation of indigenous Australians and otherwise disadvantaged persons through Legal Aid and Aboriginal Legal Service.
Familiarity with mental health issues and defences.
Four years experience in Solomon Islands in post-bellum criminal trials and appeals and as legal educator.
Post graduate studies in anti-corruption, governance and international development including climate law and related migration issues.
