Background
Bart was employed as an advocate/prosecutor with the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), from 1992-1998, prosecuting high profile cases including the prosecution of police officers.
Since admission to the Bar in 1998 he has practised almost exclusively in criminal law, building up a strong practice as an advocate in all jurisdictions.
