Ben has rooms in Wollongong and regularly appears in the Children’s, Local and District Courts in Trials, Hearings, Bail Applications and Sentencing proceedings.
Ben brings his advocacy expertise to the Bar from his former employment with NSW Police as a Senior Prosecutor and an advocate assisting the coroner.
Since coming to the Bar, Ben has represented clients charged with serious offences including robbery, sexual assault and wounding to name a few.
Ben is on the Legal Aid panels for summary and indictable matters and the Commonwealth ODPP panel.
