Background

Daniel appears as an advocate in all jurisdictions in New South Wales and interstate. He appears in all types of criminal matters, including trials, sentences, bail and other interlocutory matters. He also appears in family law matters, mediations, interim applications and final hearings. He also appears in Family Provision matters in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

 

Daniel has experience in appearing before commissions of inquiry such as the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC), Law Enforcement Conduct Commission (LECC) and in other compulsory examinations.

 

Prior to being called to the Bar, Daniel was an Associate Solicitor at a private law firm.
