Qualifications

BA LLB (Macquarie University)

Daniel appears as an advocate in all jurisdictions in New South Wales and interstate. He appears in all types of criminal matters, including trials, sentences, bail and other interlocutory matters.

Daniel has experience in appearing before commissions of inquiry such as the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC), Law Enforcement Conduct Commission (LECC) and in other compulsory examinations. He also appears in relation to Family Provision matters in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Prior to being called to the Bar, Daniel was an Associate Solicitor at a private law firm.
