Having joined the bar in 2009, Daniel Petrushnko specialises in the provision of high quality advocacy and legal advice in a multitude of areas of law involving criminal matters, insurance/personal injury and family law.
He appears regularly for the Crown and the defence in complex jury trials in courts both in NSW and interstate, and in various statutory tribunals. Daniel takes on criminal matters ranging from murder, manslaughter, attempted murder, dangerous driving, drug offences, sexual assaults to family law involving child custody matters as well as personal injury where has he has appeared in complex liability matters representing both the plaintiff and insurer.
He has also given advice and appeared in coronial inquests.
He is a casual academic at the University of Technology, Sydney and is fluent in Mandarin.
