Hollie is an experienced practitioner, having primarily worked in criminal defence and as a prosecutor prior being called to the Bar. Hollie principally practices in criminal law and family law.
In her criminal law practice, Hollie regularly appears in all manner of trials, defending and prosecuting serious crimes. Hollie appears in sentence proceedings, bail applications, AVO proceedings and High Risk Offender proceedings.
Hollie practices in all areas of Family Law, including complex financial and parenting matters, relocation of children and disputes between unmarried couples. Hollie can support you through mediation, conciliation and arbitration.
Hollie is on the Legal Aid panels for summary and indictable matters, Children’s Court matters, and domestic violence, as well as the NSW and Commonwealth ODPP panels.
