Background
Prior to being called to the Bar, Jaimee worked as a solicitor for Legal Aid NSW and appeared in various regional courts in NSW.
Jaimee has extensive experience in the Children’s Court, Local and District Courts of NSW. She has experience in Plea Resolution Call Overs
Jaimee has particular interest in interlocutory criminal applications including stay applications and applications under section 68 of the Criminal Procedure Act 1999 (NSW).
Jaimee accepts briefs in all NSW courts, including regional and remote courts. She is on the Legal Aid Children’s, Summary and Indictable panels.
