Justine joined the NSW Police Force in 1996, initially as a general duties officer before becoming a Detective specialising in organised crime investigations.
Justine began work as a Police Prosecutor in 2004. Along with her criminal law experience, Justine fulfilled the role of Advocate Assisting the NSW State Coroner and Deputy State Coroners.
Justine was admitted as a solicitor in 2010. In 2011 Justine went to practice with the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions NSW, in their Special Crime Unit.
