Matthew accepts briefs in a broad range of matters, with a particular focus on building and construction disputes, contract law and criminal law.

Matthew is appointed as a Member of the NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal.

Matthew is a Costs Assessor appointed by the Chief Justice of New South Wales.

Matthew is a part-time lecturer at the University of Wollongong (Advanced Legal Skills and Evidence Law), and the College of Law (Advocacy).

Prior to being called to the Bar, Matthew was a Solicitor Partner for 8 years, and an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation for more than 10 years.

Matthew is accredited as a mediator under the National Mediator Accreditation System.

Matthew is appointed as an Adjudicator under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payments Act 1999 (NSW).

Matthew is a lecturer and course coordinator of a Masters level subject “Law of Construction Delay and Construction” at Western Sydney University.
