Professional Background:

Nic accepts briefs in all areas of law but specialises in criminal law, particularly white-collar crime.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Nic worked as a Senior Federal Prosecutor at the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions (Serious Financial and Corporate Crime Branch) and as a solicitor at the NSW Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions. In these roles, Nic regularly appeared in the Local, District and Supreme Courts in a broad range of criminal matters. Nic also worked in the Torts (Justice/Law Enforcement) practice group at the NSW Crown Solicitors Office.
